By booking a photoshoot or purchasing digital products from TTEO Jacob Keller, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Return Policy. Please read the following legal disclaimer carefully.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All photography services, once performed, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of customized, time-specific services, no refunds will be issued after a photoshoot has been completed.
2. Digital Product Limitations
Digital products, including photos, videos, or other media, are final once delivered. While we strive for quality, we cannot offer refunds for any dissatisfaction with digital products after delivery unless there is an error in the file format or content that is our responsibility.
3. Cancellations & Fees
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. No-shows will be subject to a $10 no-show fee. By booking, you agree to these terms.
4. Service Quality
In the event of any issue with the service or product received, clients must notify TTEO Jacob Keller within 7 days of receiving their product or service to discuss possible resolutions. We will work to address and correct any reasonable concerns.
5. No Liability for Delays
TTEO Jacob Keller is not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors such as weather, location availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a photoshoot cannot proceed as scheduled, we will work with the client to reschedule the session, but we are not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience caused.
6. Governing Law
This Legal Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes related to the Return Policy shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Nevada courts.

Refund Policy - the basics

At TTEO Jacob Keller, we are committed to delivering high-quality photography services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy:
1. Digital Products (Photos & Videos)

All digital photos and videos are non-refundable once delivered.

If you are unsatisfied with the final edits, we offer one complimentary revision within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
2. Prints & Physical Products

If you ordered printed photos, albums, or other physical products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide proof of damage (photos of the defective item).

We will replace the item at no extra cost.

3. Booking Fees & Cancellations

A $10 fee applies for cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

Clients can reschedule up to 2 hours before their scheduled appointment at no additional cost.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

If an error occurs on our end (e.g., technical failure, lost files), we will work with you to either reshoot at no extra charge or offer an appropriate resolution.
