By accessing or using the TTEO Jacob Keller website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking any services.

1. Services

TTEO Jacob Keller offers professional photography services, including but not limited to photoshoots, editing, video services, and custom photo collections. The services provided are subject to the availability and the agreed-upon terms outlined in a contract between TTEO Jacob Keller and the client.

2. Booking and Payment

A valid credit card must be provided for all online bookings.
Payments for photography services are required to be made as per the pricing and packages discussed before the session.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances (e.g., canceled by TTEO Jacob Keller).

3. Booking Confirmation and Cancellations

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your photoshoot.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you fail to show up for your session, a $10 no-show fee will be applied.
Clients have up to 2 hours before the appointment to reschedule, subject to availability.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images and videos taken by TTEO Jacob Keller are copyrighted by TTEO Jacob Keller.
Clients receive a personal-use license to use the digital images for personal purposes only (e.g., social media, printing for personal display).
Any commercial use of images (e.g., advertising, selling) requires explicit permission from TTEO Jacob Keller and may incur additional fees.

5. Delivery of Products

Digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link.
All efforts will be made to deliver images and videos within the agreed-upon timeframe. If the delivery is delayed, you will be notified promptly.

6. Liability

TTEO Jacob Keller is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during a photoshoot or from the use of our products. By booking a session, clients agree to assume all risks associated with the photoshoot and the handling of equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability
